PKRBeat Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKRBeat ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the PKRBeat website, mobile site or any associated application, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the PKRBeat platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. PKRBeat recommends checking this page periodically for any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the PKRBeat Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKRBeat.

To use PKRBeat you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKRBeat does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or legally present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be under any self-exclusion order — whether placed through PKRBeat or any other platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of PKRBeat or any of its affiliated companies.

PKRBeat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Accounts will be restricted until satisfactory verification documents have been provided.

Each individual may open only one account on PKRBeat. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — whether using different names, phone numbers or payment details — are strictly prohibited. PKRBeat uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. PKRBeat strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify PKRBeat support immediately.

• PKRBeat will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility until the point at which you notify PKRBeat of a breach.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.

PKRBeat processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All funds deposited into a PKRBeat account must be from a source owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Deposits made using borrowed or credit-funded money are discouraged.

Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. PKRBeat aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within one hour for IBFT transfers. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification documents have not been submitted or if a withdrawal triggers a routine fraud review.

• Only one withdrawal request can be in pending status at any given time.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet registered in the name of the PKRBeat account holder.
• PKRBeat reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal regardless of amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

PKRBeat offers various bonuses and promotional credits to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of funds derived from those bonuses is permitted. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games may contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Always check the game contribution table in the promotion details.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless otherwise specified.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active in a player's account at any given time unless PKRBeat explicitly states otherwise.
• No Bonus Abuse: PKRBeat monitors bonus activity. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through collusion, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or multi-accounting — will have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, a maximum bet of Rs 500 per spin or round applies when a bonus is active in your account.

PKRBeat reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. In the case of any conflict between a general promotion term and a game-specific or promotion-specific term, the more specific term prevails.

The following rules apply to all bets placed through PKRBeat, covering both sports betting (including cricket) and casino games:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the PKRBeat system. A confirmation message will be shown on screen. Bets not yet confirmed are not binding on either party.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may vary by game, market, table or event and may be adjusted at any time.
• Errors in Odds or Prices: PKRBeat reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price. This includes situations caused by technical errors, data feed failures or human input errors. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake returned.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is determined, bets on the overall event result will be voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled (e.g. first-over runs) will stand.
• In-Play Betting: PKRBeat offers live in-play betting on selected events. In-play odds reflect the current state of play and update continuously. Bets are accepted subject to connection speed and market availability. PKRBeat accepts no liability for delays caused by a player's internet connection.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum total payout from a single bet or accumulator is Rs 5,000,000 (five million rupees) unless otherwise approved in advance.

Full sport-specific rules and game-specific rules are available within each product section of the PKRBeat platform. In all disputes, PKRBeat's decision is final after a review period of up to 72 hours.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKRBeat platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using an account registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any live game or betting market.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity (money laundering). PKRBeat is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKRBeat staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or running any commercial betting operation through a PKRBeat account.

PKRBeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account balances will be preserved for a further 12 months before being forfeited. Players will be notified by email before any balance is forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting PKRBeat support. If closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the closure is immediate and permanent for the period requested. Any balance at the time of closure (excluding pending bonuses) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

PKRBeat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a method of generating income or solving financial problems.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any PKRBeat software.
• Using the PKRBeat name, logo or brand identity in any way not expressly authorised by PKRBeat in writing.
• Creating derivative works based on any PKRBeat content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKRBeat's total liability to any player — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the balance held in that player's PKRBeat account at the time of the claim.

PKRBeat is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from the use of the platform that are beyond PKRBeat's reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party systems.
• Any interruption to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Any consequential, indirect or special damages of any kind.
• Losses caused by delays in withdrawal processing due to circumstances outside PKRBeat's direct control (e.g. banking system delays).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PKRBeat's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

PKRBeat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, PKRBeat will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an on-platform notification.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the PKRBeat platform after the publication of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure from support.
